And listen to your heart again.
Take strength from the IDEALS that made you become a Teacher.
Lift your head up slowly from a down-bent composure.
Stick out your jaw as you straighten up your vertebrae.
Bring your shoulders back, your chest out.
Feel your heart’s vibration go out with your breath.
Now dare to stick out your neck in the face of the Philistine!
